We begin with a thorough review of client input, project specs, and constraints to define scope. Kick-off includes initial concept planning, crane selection, lift zones, and draft 3D model setup, aligning all stakeholders before detailed engineering begins.
3D Lift Sequence Simulation
Full-Scale 3D Operational Modeling
Our team models the entire lift in 3D, capturing vessel layout, cranes, deck equipment, cargo, mooring lines, and tugger arrangements. This visualization enables precise positioning and easy identification of spatial conflicts or design refinements.
2D Drawings & Technical Outputs
Precise Documentation for Onsite Execution
We produce detailed 2D drawings derived from the 3D model. These include crane boom angles, slew limits, wire lengths, tugger configurations, and object clearances—vital for technical superintendents, rigging crews, and crane operators during execution.
Final Review & Delivery
Clearance Checks & Package Handover
Clash and clearance checks are finalized, and the entire lifting sequence is validated in close coordination with the client and MWS. We then deliver the complete engineering package: 3D visuals, 2D lift plans, and detailed documentation for safe execution.
