We initiate by validating vessel particulars, GA layouts, stability booklets, and metocean data. Kick-off meetings define scope, interfaces, and acceptance criteria. Early assessment of constraints sets the foundation for efficient marine engineering execution.
Analysis and Interim Results
Motion Analysis of vessels
Transport of project cargo on flat top barges or project cargo vessels requires a motion analysis to predict the motion characteristics during the voyage. Depending on the geometry of the asset, a diffraction study or a strip theory-based approach is adopted.
Engineering and reporting
Design, Documentation, and Compliance
Engineering deliverables include FEM-based structural assessments, mooring line tension reports, lifting arrangement drawings, and transport load evaluations. Technical reports are prepared for class/MWS review, ensuring full compliance and design traceability.
Client/MWS Review & Update
