FUSIE ENGINEERS
As global offshore and maritime industries scale to meet the demands of renewable energy, decarbonization, and heavier infrastructure, Fusie Engineers operates at the intersection of technical depth, operational insight, and global delivery efficiency. The company continues to execute larger and more complex projects each year, guided by the same philosophy that shaped its early days: solving hard engineering problems with precision, speed, and integrity.
Fusie can assist from start to finish: From concept design, fabrication, class approvals and commissioning.
Fusie Engineers has grown rapidly across offshore, maritime, heavy civils, and green-tech sectors by embracing a simple principle: engineering excellence must be agile, accessible, and globally scalable. With offices in the Netherlands, India, and the UAE, and projects across Europe, Asia, and Africa, Fusie has become a trusted partner to shipowners, EPCI contractors, and heavy-industry leaders.
AI CANNOT REPLACE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
From conceptual studies to detailed design, class submissions, fabrication support, and offshore execution planning, Fusie Engineers supports over 100 major projects annually. While Al is increasingly part of the workflow, real-world experience remains essential- without it, projects cannot be executed safely or successfully. We assist with:
•Offshore wind installation engineering seafastening, grillage, lifting design, mission-equipment engineering, and dynamic analyses.
• Ship design & construction barges, workboats, stability, propulsion integration, and class-compliant documentation
• Heavy civil marine infrastructure berthing structures, loading gantries, access platforms, and terminal upgrades
• Green-tech & emerging energy systems foundations for hydrogen and ammonia plants, CCU infrastructure, and solar projects
Across the industry, we see a clear shift in how engineering risk is managed. Clients are deliberately creating flexible external engineering layers, allowing them to focus on project ownership and decision-making while distributing execution risk across specialist teams.
In this model, Fusie Engineers acts as an extension of the client's engineering capacity- technically independent, rapidly deployable, and scalable as project demands change. With a large multidisciplinary team, we support complex projects across a wide range of scopes, including:
•Structural verification of high-load offshore lifting operations
•Seafastening and grillage design for jack-ups, heavy-lift vessels, and WTIVS
•Hull and stability analyses for barges and floating assets
• 3D and 2D production packages for shipyards and fabricators
•Retrofit engineering, piping layouts, and compliance upgrades
•Design documentation prepared for DNV, ABS, and BV approvals
This approach allows clients to retain control and visibility while benefiting from a resilient, high-performance engineering delivery layer that absorbs complexity without compromising speed or quality.
